NF Plant Explosion and Fire
Accident Occurred On: 02/02/2011
On February 2, 2011, formation of hydrate caused fire and explosion in a petrochemical company plant and killed two workers and fatally injured others.
ISEC investigated about the causes of accident and produced the safety video and animation.
