Gas Explosion in Confined Space (City Gas Manhole)

Accident Occurred On: 02/26/2017

On February 26, 2017, three contract employees were fatally injured by gas explosion as they were performing maintenance work inside a city gas manhole. One of the workers was thrown out on the ground and died.

ISEC investigated about the causes of accident and produced the safety video and animation.
